How Soon Will My Order Be Shipped?
We prioritize fast shipping! All orders are packed and dispatched the same day or the next business day (excluding weekends). Estimated delivery time ranges from 2 to 7 business days, depending on whether you select Parcel Post or Express Post at checkout.

How Do I Track My Parcel?
Great news! All orders include a tracking number provided upon dispatch. If you can’t locate your tracking number, contact us, and we’ll happily resend it.

Can I Collect a Parcel Without a Pickup Card?
Yes, you can! Simply bring a valid photo ID to your local post office, and the staff will assist you in retrieving your parcel without a card. Alternatively, you can use:

  • A pickup card (left at your door or in your mailbox)
  • Email or SMS tracking alerts
  • Your tracking number to identify the post office holding your parcel.

Missed a Delivery? What Should I Do?
If you miss your delivery, use the following to locate your parcel:

  • Pickup card
  • Email or SMS tracking alerts
  • Your tracking number

Bring a valid photo ID to collect your parcel from the post office. The post office will hold your parcel for 10 business days free of charge before returning it to the sender.

What Happens if I Don’t Collect My Parcel Within 10 Business Days?
If your parcel is not collected within 10 business days, it will be returned to us. To resend your parcel, postage costs must be repaid. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or accept changes of mind for unclaimed parcels.

What Happens if I Don’t Collect a Parcel from a Parcel Locker?
When your parcel arrives at a 24/7 Parcel Locker, you have 48 hours to collect it (excluding weekends and public holidays). After this period, the parcel will be transferred to the associated Australia Post facility.

  • You will receive SMS and email updates with the new collection details.
  • If unclaimed within 10 business days, the parcel will be returned to sender.

When Does Australia Post Deliver?
Deliveries occur from 7 AM to 5 PM on business days. During the Christmas season, delivery services may extend to weekends.
