Refund policy

* No change of mind returns or exchanges on items once purchased.

* If our stock count maybe out ( we do our best to keep it accurate ) we will either refund the out of stock item or offer something similar ( but check with you first ) which solution is best for you of course.

"Faulty merchandise must be returned within 7 days of purchase for an exchange only, if the item is deemed faulty once returned. Contact us first to arrange the return as we will need proof."
